Our goal is to provide you with all the information you’ll need to enjoy every moment of your styling journey without any hassle.
Before you dive into the details, it's great to know the distinctions between the two product categories we offer, as this influences delivery and collection.
Our products fall into two main categories:
- Table linen products, which include tablecloths, napkins, runners, and even chair covers.
- Fragile products & furniture, such as glasses, charger plates, candelabras, cutlery, chairs, and tables.
Remember, fragile items and furniture are transported only by our own vehicles. If your event location is outside of a 160-mile radius from our Glasgow HQ, we will ensure you have a clear understanding of any delivery costs involved, especially for weekend requests.
Shipping tablecloths and napkins across the country is not only easy but also a budget-friendly option!
During our peak season, we proudly ship over 3 tonnes of linen each week by courier all over mainland UK so you can rest assured that we will take care of all the logistics so you can sit back and relax.
6 Steps To A Smooth Hiring Experience
1. Request Prices, Official Quote & Free Fabric Swatches
Simply ask for a price per item or an official quote to check stock availability. You can also request free fabric swatches that we despatch by 1st class post within just 2 working days of receiving your enquiry.
These swatches will help you visualize exactly how your tables will look on that special day so we highly recommend this although it's not essential.
2. Confirm Order & Reserve Stock
When you're happy with your chosen linen colour, a 30% deposit will confirm your order and secure your items for the big day. We recommend reserving a little more stock than you think you'll need; you can always adjust this when you make your final payment!
You'll receive a confirmation email outlining all the details and next steps.
3. Confirm Final Numbers & Pay Balance
Your final balance and refundable security deposit are due 14 days before delivery. Should your numbers decrease, your balance will be adjusted accordingly. This is also the perfect time to share any other pertinent details with us, like the contact information for the person responsible for setting up your hire order.
4. Order Delivered
Your order will arrive on the agreed day, typically the day before your event if using our own van, or two days before if sent via courier. This extra time helps ensure that any unexpected issues are handled.
In the rare event of a courier issue, our dedicated team is ready to assist and ensure your order arrives no later than the day prior to your event.
5. Order Collected
After your event, we make it easy for you! Just place everything back in the containers or bags provided, and if you’re using a courier for collection, there’s no need to worry about labels – our courier team will manage that for you.
Your order then heads back to our warehouse ready to complete the final stage of the hire process.
6. Order Counted Back & Security Deposit Refunded
We’ll count and check your order within a maximum of two working days after its return to our warehouse. You can expect your security deposit to be refunded within 10 working days and we'll send you a friendly email notification once the refund is processed.
